Marcus Garvey Park

A placemaking and environmental graphics system for Marcus Garvey Park translates site history and community use into a clear, intuitive wayfinding experience. The project, a family of sculptural signage elements, integrates typography, iconography, material contrast, and illumination to guide visitors through key destinations while maintaining visual consistency across the park. I led site research, concept development, icon and graphic systems, and the modeling and rendering of the signage family, producing elevations, dimensions, and visualizations to communicate scale, placement, and fabrication intent.
