Gansevoort

A retail and hospitality activation concept for Gansevoort Hotel translates brand identity and guest experience into a modular, merchandise-driven retail environment integrated within the hotel lobby. The project, a wall-based planogram and fixture system supported by matching floor displays, organizes multiple product classifications through controlled scale, material hierarchy, and clear circulation, establishing the rear wall logic for the full store design. I led brand research and SWOT analysis, developed the planogram, block plan, and customer flow, and modeled, rendered, and documented the space through elevations, perspectives, and technical drawings to support presentation and fabrication intent.
